These terms apply when you order from this website. By placing an order you agree to them.
Made to order
Every crystal is engraved for you from the photo and text you submit, so it cannot be resold. Please check your design in the preview before you order. You confirm that you own the photo or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. We may correct an obvious pricing error and will contact you before going ahead.
Cancellations and returns
Because each item is made for you, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once engraving has started, unless the crystal is damaged or does not match your approved design. In that case write to info@kuetee.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
Damage and the One-Year Guarantee
Breakage is handled under our One-Year Guarantee.
Your photos
We use your photos only to make and support your order, as described in our privacy policy.
Contact and text messages
By placing an order you agree that we may contact you about it by e-mail, phone or text message (SMS) using the details you gave us at checkout. Message and data rates may apply. See the privacy policy for how we use your phone number and how to opt out of texts.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it.
