Each crystal is engraved after you order it, so it ships in two steps: first we make it, then we send it.
Making your crystal
Production starts once your order is confirmed. If we need something from you, such as a clearer photo, we will e-mail you before we start.
Sending it
- We e-mail you when your order ships, with a tracking link. If you gave us a phone number we may also text you delivery updates (message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out).
- The shipping options and costs are shown at checkout, before you pay.
- Crystals are wrapped and boxed to survive the trip. If one arrives damaged, write to us at info@kuetee.com with your order number and photos, and see our One-Year Guarantee.
Address changes and questions
Tell us as soon as possible, before your order ships, and quote your order number.
