This policy explains what we collect when you use this site and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Photos and text you upload or type into the design tool.
- Order details: your name, e-mail address, delivery address and the items you buy. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
- Your phone number, if you give us one at checkout.
- Account details if you create an account.
- Technical data such as your IP address, browser type and a few cookies that keep the cart and the design tool working, and help us protect the site.
How we use it
- To create your preview and make, ship and support your order.
- To send order and account e-mails, and to contact you about your order by phone or text message (SMS).
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
Your photos
To remove the background, improve the picture and calculate depth, your photo is processed by software running on a server we control. Photos that do not become an order are deleted after 30 days. Photos that belong to an order are kept with the order so we can make and, if needed, replace your crystal. We do not sell your photos and do not use them in marketing without your permission.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number at checkout, we may use it to reach you about your order, including by text message (SMS): for example to confirm a detail, ask about your photo or send a delivery update. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. We do not send marketing texts unless you separately agree to receive them, and you can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP or by writing to info@kuetee.com.
Who else sees your data
Only service providers that help us run the shop, such as our web host, payment provider, e-mail service and delivery company, and only what they need to do their job.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for the cart, login and design tool, and for site security. Your browser also keeps your last design for a few hours so you can come back to it; clearing your browser data removes it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or delete your photos, by writing to info@kuetee.com.
